NearbyNowPartner ("we", "our", "us") operates the NearbyNowPartner Android application ("App") that enables service professionals to register, create a profile, and receive customer requests from nearby locations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and manage your personal information.

1) Data We Collect

2) How We Use Your Information

• To show your profile to nearby customers based on location.
• To allow customers to contact you using the phone number you provide.
• To improve app security, stability, and user experience.
• To prevent fraud, unauthorized use, or abuse.

3) Sharing of Information

• With Customers: Your name, phone number, service type, rating, and approximate location may be shared with customers who view or contact you.
• Legal Requirements: We may share information if required by law, court order, or government request.
• No Selling of User Data: We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to any third party.

4) Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as your account remains active or as required by law. If you delete your account, your personal information will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

5) Account & Data Deletion Flow

You can delete your account and personal data directly from within the App.

Steps:

• Open the NearbyNowPartner App.
• Go to Profile → Delete Account permanently.
• Verify your phone number using OTP to confirm identity.
• After confirmation, all personal data (name, phone, address, location history, profile information) will be permanently deleted from our servers.

If you can’t access the App:

• Subject: “Delete my NearbyNowPartner Account”
• Include your registered phone number for verification

6) Security

Your data is encrypted during transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and stored securely. While no system is 100% secure, we use reasonable industry standards to protect your information from unauthorized access.

7) No Ads, No Analytics, No Tracking

This app does not include advertisements, tracking SDKs, fingerprinting or third-party analytics tools. We only collect the minimum data required to operate the service.

8) Age Requirement

This App is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly allow minors to register as service providers.

9) Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. If changes are made, the updated version will be shown in the App and the "Last updated" date will be modified.
